Floor covering characteristics

Hardwood
Genuine hardwood flooring will significantly add to the beauty, quality and value of your home, making it a smart investment you can enjoy for a lifetime. Also, the finishes on modern hardwood make it much easier to maintain than the hardwoods of the past.

Tile
With its natural, handcrafted look, tile adds value to your home and has become the preferred choice over other traditional surfacing materials. It’s durable, easy to care for, and works well in areas with high foot traffic, especially in entryways where water and dirt often enter the house. Design patterns are limitless when using all of the possible combinations of size, texture and color. Plus tile is hygienic and less likely to promote the retention of allergens.

Carpet
Carpet is popular for its comfort, quietness and insulating qualities. It has acoustical value because it absorbs sound, and its insulative properties provide energy conservation and a warm indoor environment. Carpet also provides shock-absorbing comfort, an anti-skid surface and comes in a wide variety of colors, textures and prices.

Laminate
Laminate flooring provides an upscale appearance with the characteristics of real wood and stone, but it’s easier to care for and far less expensive. However, we urge our customers not to install laminate in wet areas.

Vinyl
Vinyl flooring is one of the most affordable, resilient floor coverings available. It is easy to install, versatile, needs little maintenance, and it’s inexpensive.

Rubber
Rubber flooring is popular worldwide for sports and entertainment venues, school and government sites, and health care and retail facilities. It provides durability while creating an impressive look. Rubber is highly slip resistant and helps reduce noise from footfall while increasing comfort.
